ESF Val d'Isère encourages you to get insurance in order to take advantage of all the insurance coverage and assistance necessary in the event of an emergency for only 2,90€ per day per person

Carré Neige is offered as an add-on for 5 and 6-day lessons during online checkout otherwise you can purchase it from our sales associates when you arrive at our resort.

what happens in the event of an accident?

Carré Neige comes into immediate effect and covers all expenses incurred; professional care, rescue operations and treatment of wounds or injuries.
 
CARRÉ NEIGE COVERS YOU IN THE EVENT:
  • Accident while skiing or doing other winter sports in the ski area including the off-piste ski area that is accessible via ski-lift
  • Accident while doing sledge
  • Sickness during your stay
  • You being immobilised as a result of an accident while skiing or doing other winter sports. « Carré Neige » will cover repatriation of you and your family, as well as your vehicle

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
Fill out within 8 days the proof of claim form available on the "Carré Neige" website or at their retail offices. Make sure to send it with all supporting documents to the following address:

HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY REFUND?  
As soon as your accident claim has been processed, we will send you a reference number, which will allow you to follow in real-time the status of your refund on the site.
