As an instructor specialising in freeride, competition, off-piste and snowboarding, Sylvio has been sharing his passion for teaching and winter sports for nearly 10 years.
Sylvio has been immersed in winter sports, both recreational and competitive, since he was a child. After finishing on the podium in a number of races, he decided to become a ski instructor and moved from the southern Alps to Val d'Isère. For his lessons, he knows how to adapt to each of his students by identifying and defining their needs, expectations and objectives in advance. Sharing and discovery are values that he has found particularly appealing in this resort.
Sylvio loves the mountains, which he sees as a place of freedom, and is also passionate about sliding. Whether it's snowboarding, wakeboarding, surfing or sailing, he loves having the same sensations whatever the season! As well as being a ski instructor, he also spends the rest of the year as skipper of a 70s sailing boat on the Côte d'Azur.
